La Manigua will be an interactive center dedicated to childhood and family based on the stories, values and humor of the work of Juan Padrón and where, through the crossing of sciences, arts and technologies, the public will be able to learn, experience and have fun. It is a creation of Juan Padrón, the MINCULT and the Cultural Assets Fund.
It will have a multifunctional cinema room, which will mainly screen national materials, although it will also have the presence of foreign animations. There will also be live performances.
It will also have an interactive space aimed at the playful discovery of science, technology and history; a workshop area; a birthday party room and another for the little ones (0-2 years old).
It will boast an outdoor playground, a gallery and a store for toys and children's books. In addition there will be restaurant / cafeteria, ice cream shop, bag-bag and nursing.
