Luis Carlos Góngora, Vice President of the CAP, received on the morning of February 11, José Carrasco Carrasco, organizer of the Triathlon of Havana.

The classic that has been held for 5 years in the Cuban capital and that is registered in the international circuit of this sport will take place on February 23 next. On this occasion it will be dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the founding of the Villa de San Cristóbal.

Carrasco informed that 500 triathletes from 34 countries have confirmed their participation and also referred to a group of collateral activities that will take place in Havana from February 20, as the visit of the President of the International Sports Federation and member of the executive of the IOC, Mrs. Marisol Casado.
