Considering the importance for the Cuban family of admission to higher education for students of pre-university education, Cuban Television, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, will transmit the program of Preparation for Higher Education Entrance Examinations. .

The program, aimed essentially at twelfth grade students, will be broadcast on the Educational Channel, from February 12 to April 26, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8:00 and 9:30 in the morning. , with the exception of the periods between March 4 and 16, at which time students of this teaching will face the final tests and the period corresponding to the week of School Break, from April 15 to 20.

Taking into account the experience accumulated in previous editions, a prestigious group of professors from the national education system will offer methods and procedures; propose independent work activities and guide bibliographical references, which will allow students to exercise the knowledge and skills acquired in the subjects of Mathematics, History of Cuba and Spanish, during their passage through pre-university education.

The transmission of this Program will lead to adjustments being made in the usual schedules of the University for All courses that are offered today by the Educational Channel, according to a note from the Directorate of Cuban Television.

During the airing period of the Preparation for Higher Education Entrance Examination classes, University for All broadcasts, scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the space of 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. tomorrow, they will use the hours from 7:00 to 8:00 in the morning of the days themselves.

In this way, the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television continues to strive to bring to the entire population a program of its interest, at the same time that it constitutes a way to support the work of the teachers of pre-university education and will contribute to students successfully face the final stage of preparation for admission to Higher Education.
