A series of transformations are taking place in the area of San Rafael Boulevard. Among the most significant are the redesign and remodeling of the pavement (which includes the name of the site and the pavement lighting), the renovation of urban furniture (construction of benches with planters, litter bins and lighting, new cars for sales), construction of lighting signs for installations, lighting in buildings and the design of totems in exteriors and interiors.

Realmente hace falta que el bulevar de la capital sea mÁs hermoso. A los que visitamos otras provincias a veces nos da una sana envidia ver los de Santiago, Camaguey, Santiespiritus y hasta el de Nueva Gerona
