The IV Fashion Week in Havana, dedicated this year to the 500th anniversary of the founding of the Cuban capital and Trinidad, Ciudad Artesanal del Mundo, started in the Cuba Pavilion with the first parades of the event, which will be extended until the coming 24 of November.

At eight o'clock in the evening the appointment will take place with the designs of Lourdes Trigo, FRESCO, Maya Sierra, Caftanes, ANALU, Raquel de la Paz, Víctor Fortuny, Pedro Coto, Mariela Alemán, Jacqueline Fumero and Grupo Carena, in the opening day of this party that comes under the slogan Crafts and Identity.

Organized by the Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets and the Cuban Association of Craft Artists, the fourth edition of Fashion Week in Havana will host, in addition to the catwalks that will be held every day until the 24th, a series of activities that will enrich its programming.

An office of the Cuban News Agency informs that the youngest public will be able to enjoy a Children's Evening on Saturday, in the own national headquarters of the Hermanos Saíz Association, where a collective parade will take place with the presentation of the collections of José Luis and Aimée González, Lariza Blanco and FRESCO, under the leadership and performance of the Entre Poses Company.

On November 26 at 10 in the morning, at the headquarters of the Alliance Française de Prado, conferences and workshops will be given by specialists Maité Duménigo, Eliette Lesuperbe, Yvette Tai-Coquilay, Piedad Subirats, Carmen Gómez and Nieves Laferté , about the world of fashion.

Meanwhile, a catwalk for costume designs for works by Carlos Díaz and Teatro El Público will close the event, on November 30 at eight o'clock in the evening at Estudio 50, where they will also put an end to an exhibition of fashion photographs inaugurated the eve as part of the activities of the Fashion Week in Havana.
